Who We Are

For many, the journey toward aligned careers and healthy workplace environments is often fragmented with limited support for mental wellbeing, identity development, and informed decision-making. Betha Mynds Mental Health Gurus (Betha Mynds) exists to bridge this gap.

Based in Kampala, Uganda, Betha Mynds is a mental health organization dedicated to transforming how individuals and institutions understand, support, and prioritize mental well-being across learning environments, career pathways, and workplace systems. We believe mental health is not separate from performance, productivity, or success; it is the foundation of it.
